Local Pick-Up
Olann offers local pick-up at the Olann Studio as an option for customers if they live locally or are willing to drive to Sooke to pick up their order. This is a free service and can be selected at check out. It is my expectation that the order will be picked up promptly in Sooke when the order is ready. It is my ask that if you think you may struggle to find the time to drive to Sooke, that you select for your item to be shipped instead.
Domestic
Olann ships all its products using Canada Post expedited parcel. Tracking is included in parcels that are shipped domestically. Flat rates are applied at checkout. Once Olann has shipped your parcel delivery times are estimated as:
Local: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Regional: 5-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
USA and International
Olann ships all its products using Canada Post expedited parcel. Flat rates are applied at checkout.
Tracking is included on orders that are being shipped to the USA, but not internationally. However, if you do want to track your international order you can select this shipping upgrade at checkout.
Once Olann has shipped your parcel delivery is estimated to take up to 9 business days to arrive within the USA (excluding weekends and holidays).
For orders outside North America, shipping times can vary up to approximately 4 weeks.
Returns & Exchanges
Olann takes great care to make all of its products to the highest specifications, and goes to great lengths to describe each of it's products accurately. As a result all sales are final, as items are made to order.
