Local Pick-Up

Olann offers local pick-up at the Olann Studio in View Royal as an option for customers. This is a free service and can be selected at check out. It is my expectation that the order will be picked up promptly when the order is ready.

Domestic

Olann ships most of its products by the courier service that offers the most favourable shipping rate, or by Canada Post when appropriate. Tracking numbers will be sent out via my website directly, or via ClickShip/Freightcom depending on which service is being used. Flat rates for shipping can be selected at checkout. Once Olann has shipped your parcel delivery times are estimated as:

• Local: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 

• Regional: 5-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 

USA and International

USA shipping is currently unavailable as we navigate new tariffs and the removal of the de minimis on shipments from Canada to the USA.

Once Olann has shipped your parcel shipping times can vary up to approximately 4 weeks for international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Olann takes great care to make all of its products to the highest specifications, and goes to great lengths to describe each of it's products accurately. As a result all sales are final, as items are made to order.
