The wool and mohair kit can be used to knit the Sunday Morning Kind of Beauty collection of knitting patterns, which includes the Colette Sweater, Frankie Toque and Marta Hoodie.

Please note this listing is for the wool and mohair kit only. You will need to add the pattern of your choice to the order separately. If ordering both a pattern and the yarn kit at the same time, the pattern will be sent out immediately as a digital file for you to download, and the yarn kit will be mailed or is available for local pick-up. Please check the pattern notes on the individual listing for all other tools you’ll need to complete your project!

• 1 kit is enough to knit either a Frankie Toque or Marta Hoodie.

• If you are knitting the Colette Sweater, refer to the yardage requirements for your size, which can be found listed in detail for the Colette Sweater Knitting Pattern, and then buy enough kits to complete your project.

About the Yarn

1 skein of Custom Woollen Mills 2-ply Mule Spinner wool is included in the kit. Each skein weighs in at 112g / 4oz and has 198m / 216y to knit with.

2 balls of silk mohair, either from Sugarbush Yarns or Cascade Essentials, are included in the kit. For each the Colette Sweater, Frankie Toque and Marta Hoodie, it is recommended to hold the mohair double, hence the 2 balls of mohair contained within the kit. Each ball weighs 25g and has 200m / 219y to knit with.

The Sockeye wool is naturally dyed using Madder.

Please note the black wool has a dark purple undertone in bright light, as many black tones do. The mohair colour provided in this kit is a flat black. The combination makes for a pretty Blackberry colour mix.
