Haven Cardigan Knitting Pattern (Wool and Mohair)

Haven Cardigan Knitting Pattern (Wool and Mohair)
The Haven Cardigan is a fabulous wardrobe staple. Designed for an oversized and boxy fit, its slightly cropped length looks great over dresses and skirts and high-waisted silhouettes. The wide sleeve allows you to wear layers underneath, so you’ll stay extra cozy. The sleeve looks great as a ¾ or longer length. You can decide what suits you best. The body length is also flexible, so you can achieve the perfect fit. Worked from the top down, the seamless construction is easy to try on as you go.
This pattern offers notes on knitting the Haven Cardigan using both a super bulky weight wool and a fluffy yarn. The pattern has been worked to reflect the same gauge for both options, but you may find that depending on which yarn you use, the materials may behave slightly differently. For example, I find when knitting the mohair version that the cardigan drapes more, and I often decrease the rows I work on the body and sleeves, so that it fits perfectly. I encourage you to try on your garment as you go, so that you can make any adjustments as needed, for your own perfect fit.
